Please pay balance by cash or business check at the event. In some cases we can accept personal or business credit cards with the full amount of the payment through PayPal prior the event (5% additional will be added).

Deposit:
We are asking for deposit for events booked more than 3 weeks in advance. Deposit is not refundable, but may be applied to a later date within 30 days if the same party is rescheduled. The rescheduling option is depending of our availability.

Cancellation Policy:
Please notify us for the event's cancellation or rescheduling as soon as you know that.
If you did not pay non-rufundable deposit, than we do charge $50-$100 cancellation fee if you notified us less than 10 days of booked event date.
If cancellation noted on the event's date then client will be charged to full service payment.

What kind of paint do you use?
We use only the highest quality water-based make-up and paints that are an industry standard because they are FDA approved (not just non-toxic), and they wash off with soap and water. You can also use cleaning milk, makeup remover or lotion after the washing.
How many kids can you paint in an hour?
It depends on what kind of paintings the kids want (full face or just cheek/arm art), how old they are, how good they are at holding still. A good pace is about 15-20 kids per hour. And pretty often the parents want to get painted too, so please remember to plan the time.
What kind of balloon figures can I have on my party?
Our balloon art includes many simple (1-2 balloons) and more complicated (3+ balloons) designs for any size of the party. Than more time balloon artist have, than more beautiful and complicated designs artist can make for your guests. All balloon figures are making by your guest's request. For large events you can invite two balloon artists.
Can we arrange Face Painter or Balloon Twister only?
Of course you can*. This is your party! You can arrange both services or either one. For the small party (upto 10 people) it is possible to invite one artist only who is doing Face Painting and Balloon Twisting at once.

How much notice do you need?
As much as possible, 3-4 weeks should be good. But sometimes we can do last-minute events as well.
What places are you working?
Anywhere: your home, backyard, restaurant, church, synagogue, club house, park district, forest preserve, school, daycare center...
In the summer time for outdoor party please plan for us a space in the shadow.

What areas are you serving?
Service area within 30 miles from Vernon Hills, including Lake county, Cook county, McHenry county and some part of Wisconsin.
A reasonable distance charge can be applied for some areas.

Rules and Limitations:
Parking: Please make sure there will be an open parking spot for us close to your place on the near street or on the driveway. The client is responsible for any parking fees if any.
Limitations on Artwork for Face Painting: Face Painting artist will not paint any part of body that is illegal to expose, or any place artist does not feel comfortable painting. Artist will not paint any design or wording that is obscene, offensive, or defies good taste.
Liability Statement: As we are using only the highest quality makeup, the Face Painting artist is not liable for allergic reactions to this makeup. Children with skin allergies or sensitive skin (or they parents) should ask artist to perform a patch test at the beginning of the entertainment or do not participate in Face Painting.
For sanitary reasons, artists will not paint anyone who appears to be sick or suffering from cold sores, conjunctivitis, or any infectious skin condition or open wounds.
For the allergic reaction please note that we are using Latex balloons.

Kids Supervision: Artists do not supervise children during the Face Painting and/or Balloon Art entertainment. Kids behavior and safety is the clients and/or parents responsibility.
